Who we are
Breathing Fish University (working name). Contact for all privacy matters: peter@breathing.fish.
What we collect
- Registration of interest: name, email, optional phone, country of residence, citizenship, programme interest, optional job and employer, education and work-experience summary, English evidence type, fee-status answers, your message and your consent choices.
- Contact form: name, email, topic and message.
- Technical data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security.
We do not ask for, and you should not send, passwords, identity document numbers, bank or card details, or health information through this website.
Where it goes
Every registration and contact message is automatically sent in full by email to peter@breathing.fish, where it is handled by Breathing Fish University staff. To deliver it, the form data passes through our website host (Vercel) and our email delivery provider. We do not sell your data or use it for anything other than responding to you and, if you agreed, sending programme news.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry and keep you informed about the programme, based on your consent. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.
How long we keep it
Registrations are kept until the programme’s first intake closes, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever is sooner. Contact messages are kept for up to 24 months.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your data, object to its use, or withdraw consent, by emailing peter@breathing.fish. You may also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Cookies and storage
This website uses no advertising or analytics cookies. The student portal preview stores its demonstration data only in your own browser, and you can clear it at any time. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
