What you would study

How modern trading businesses actually work

The proposed curriculum blends core finance with the operational disciplines of a brokerage or fintech: clients, platforms, pricing, execution, risk and compliance. It is designed for people who want to manage these businesses, not to speculate.

Financial and market rigour

Asset pricing, market structure, quantitative methods, game theory and financial data analytics.

Fintech and platforms

Trading platforms, brokerage technology, order routing, data and AI in trading.

Management and stewardship

Client acquisition and service, treasury and client money, risk frameworks and governance.

Global relevance and trust

Regulation across jurisdictions, financial crime compliance and cases from Europe, the Gulf, India and China.

A shared model

A university decides. We deliver and support.

The degree would be awarded by a Finnish partner university. The university would own the curriculum, decide every admission, set and mark assessment, supervise theses and confer the degree.

Breathing Fish University would be the delivery partner: we would recruit and support students, prepare verified application files, author learning materials for the university’s approval, run the online platform and live seminars, and operate the invigilated exam centres.
